The first thing you need to do is select the race you are training for, so that you can start to receive your weekly training emails. These will be delivered to your inbox every Sunday and will be based on the 16 week training programs on this website.
Listen to some of the interviews. They are split into categories depending on whether they will motivate and inspire you, or help you understand a particular aspect of your training.

An important part of the training schedule is the body conditioning program. Full details, including video demonstrations of individual exercises is in the body conditioning area.
